How to joined D-Choice Properties E(3)0914?

You can join D-Choice Properties E(3)0914, a registered real estate agent in Malaysia, as a Real Estate Negotiator provided you meet the below requirements:

1) Willing to commit at least 4 flexible hours between 9am to 9pm everyday to build this career.
2) Age below 40 years old.
3) Physically and mentally fit.
4) Computer literate.
5) Have a firm honesty principle in life.
6) Be success oriented and have good attitudes.
7) Own car and mobile smart phone.
8) Have not committed any criminal offences (other than traffic offences)
9) Not a bankrupt

As long as you meet the requirements 1) to 9) above, we at D-Choice Properties are willing to recruit you to work for a 3 months evaluation period. During these three months period we train you and evaluate and allow you to work closely with Senior Negotiators to close sale and earn commission.  However, to join for this evaluation period you need to pay for:
a) 100 pieces calling cards worth RM20
b) 10 pieces 2x3 feet and 5 pieces 2x6 feet sales banners worth RM130
c) 50 credits to advertise online with Mudah.my worth RM80
d) online ads on our company website with adword google clicks advertising and top ranking search and online course worth rm300. Total payable is RM500.  However, If you join before this year, you get RM250 discount, That means you NOW ONLY PAY RM250.

After the 3 months evaluation period or upon closing the first property sales or rental, you will then be required to attend a 2 days Negotiator Certification seminar with certificate of attendance issued by the Board Of Valuers and Estate Agents (BOVEA).  You will need to pay RM600 on the day you attend this seminar. With this certificate you can now be employed by any registered Estate Agency firm such as D-Choice Properties as a negotiator legally.
